Challenge
Blossom, a consulting agency initially specialized in brand positioning and corporate strategy, made a core transition toward corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSR).
They asked us to illustrate this evolution through a dynamic, impactful animated film that would:

The challenge was to express both their strategic expertise and their human commitment in a lively, coherent piece.

Storytelling
The script developed by Blossom traces the evolution of the agency - from consultancy in corporate positioning and brand strategy to a driver of CSR transformation.
This narrative mirrors Blossom’s own journey of transition, making the film not only a corporate presentation but also a story of lived experience, showing how it translates into guiding businesses toward responsibility and sustainability.
To bring this to life, we chose a mixed-media approach combining:
Video footage from inside the agency
Carefully selected stock clips
Motion design overlays ensuring coherence and continuity
Visual & Artistic Direction
Creative direction was led by Laurence de Cecco, with art direction by Phillip Waterton, who shaped Blossom’s new visual identity. Building on this foundation, Benoit Pellé translated the brand into motion, developing a motion design vocabulary that extended and reinforced its graphic charter.
The visual system combined several key elements:
A color palette alternating between soft, warm tones (human and reassuring) and vibrant, acidic notes (dynamic and energizing)
Typographic and kinematic compositions of keywords integrated with video, animated with energy, freshness, and impact
A motion identity expressed through pacing - dynamic accelerations and decelerations shaping rhythm and narrative drive
Graphic elements framing the content in a continuous flow, giving resonance while ensuring coherence and character
This contemporary motion design treatment blended seamlessly with agency footage and stock video, creating a fluid mix of storytelling, branding, and emotion. The result reflected Blossom’s identity as dynamic, human, and committed.

Results
The final brand film successfully introduced Blossom’s new positioning, embodying the transition toward CSR both in content and form.
By extending the graphic charter into a motion identity, the video added rhythm, coherence, and expressive power - delivering a communication tool that is both impactful today and adaptable for future brand expression.
